He has vast and rich experience in handling Corporate Secretarial and Legal Affairs of private companies, unlisted public companies and listed companies. He is handling Corporate Governance procedures, Secretarial matters, Legal due diligence, Compliance management, drafting and vetting of various legal agreements, Annual reports, and Legal proceedings of our Company. He is a keen analyst with exceptional relationship, & management skills and abilities in liaising with various Government authorities, SEBI, Stock Exchange, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Regional Director etc.
